This Refund and Complaints Policy governs the handling of complaints and refund requests related to the purchase of digital content (online courses and digital materials) via www.sestryjancove.sk.
1. Digital Content
Digital content is delivered electronically. If the digital content is made available immediately after payment, the right to withdraw from the contract due to a change of mind does not apply, provided that the Buyer has given explicit consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and has been informed that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal.
This procedure is in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Technical Issues
If the digital content:
- cannot be accessed,
- does not function properly,
- or is unavailable due to technical issues,
please contact us at info@sestryjancove.sk and include:
- your full name,
- the email address used for the purchase,
- the name of the purchased product,
- a description of the issue.
We will first attempt to resolve the issue (e.g. by restoring access or resending login details).
3. Individual Assessment
If the issue cannot be resolved and the digital content was not usable, we will assess the complaint individually and agree on an appropriate solution, which may include:
- providing alternative access,
- or issuing a full or partial refund.
