(Digital Content and Online Courses)

These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer in connection with the purchase of digital content and online courses via www.sestryjancove.sk.

2. Subject of Sale
The subject of sale includes in particular:
- online courses and digital educational materials,
- electronic files (e.g. e-books, worksheets),
- access to digital content provided online
(hereinafter referred to as “Digital Content”).
3. Order and Contract Formation
The Buyer places an order via the website.
The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order and/or granting access to the Digital Content after payment, depending on the specific product settings.
4. Price and Payment Terms
Prices are displayed for each product on the website.
Payment is made online using the payment methods available at checkout.
After payment, the Digital Content is delivered in the manner specified for the product (e.g. by email, download link, or access to a members area).
5. Delivery and Access to Digital Content
Digital Content is delivered electronically.
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring appropriate technical equipment and internet access.
If access is granted for a limited period, the duration of access is specified in the product description.
6. Copyright and License
All Digital Content is protected by copyright.
The Buyer is granted a non-exclusive license for personal use only.
The Buyer may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, or share the Digital Content with third parties without the Seller’s written consent.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer)
For Digital Content delivered electronically, the consumer may lose the right to withdraw from the contract if the delivery of the Digital Content has begun with the consumer’s prior explicit consent before the withdrawal period expires and the consumer has been informed of this consequence (e.g. immediate access after payment).
8. Complaints and Technical Issues
In case of technical issues with access to the Digital Content, please contact the Seller at info@sestryjancove.sk.
The Seller will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue within an appropriate timeframe.
9. Refunds
Refund and complaint conditions are governed by a separate document
“Refund and Complaints Policy”, available on the website.
10. Personal Data Protection
Information on the processing of personal data is provided in the document
“Privacy Policy”, available on the website.
11. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date stated above.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms; amendments apply only to orders placed after the updated version is published.
