What is the story about?

Cat detective Tank and his friends from the detective agency meet a mysterious man who warns them about strange events happening at the local chemical factory. Tank immediately knows this is a case he cannot ignore. Together with his team, he begins investigating a mystery that uncovers shady practices threatening the entire area.
